Michael from Upright Electric gave me an estimate in advance, showed up on time as scheduled and did a great job. He was careful and completed the task in a timely manner. His pleasant demeanor and attention to detail was appreciated. When he completed the job, I was surprised to find that his final invoice was for less than the estimate. I was a little green in the process of building out a commercial space and he was extremely helpful and patient in explaining different steps. He was very quick to always respond and answer questions and kept me in the loop of things along the way. He was very pleasant to work with - he and his crew. His work was exceptional as well as his attention to detail. He worked with other contractors in order to get tasks done in a timely manner as they have have pertainied to other services. I'd 100% recommend Michael to anyone looking for an incredibly knowledgable, skilled, and well-versed electrician. He very much knows his stuff, was on time on the day he said he'd be here, and finished the project in the timeframe he quoted. He fixed things along the way that were out of code, which saves us in the long run (he's literally a walking encyclopedia of electrical facts, code, and standards). You can tell right away he is passionate about what he does. He put in a new line for us, saved us money where he could, and worked hard to have the project completed in the timeframe he said he would. Not to mention, he's an honest and respectful guy who never once tried to upsell me, or cut corners. Michael hooked us up! literally, as he hooked up our new sauna heater by wiring it and installing a 220V receptacle nearby. He was very professional, knowledgable and a great communicator. Arrived right as he said he would and walked us through exactly what he was planning and made sure we were comfortable with the plan. He executed in a timely manner and tested the heater before leaving to ensure the electrical was indeed working. As electricians are in high demand he was easy to schedule with, responsive and made us feel like a valued customer.
