I can't say enough about Michael's professionalism, attention to detail, and general knowledge of all things electrical. We worked with Michael to install a number of components as part of a geothermal retrofit (air handler, fan coil units, heat pump, etc.). He thought out loud through the entire walkthrough and helped us understand every element that would go into the quote (considerations for when to install a subpanel and how you make that determination, etc.). He was considerate of the footprint of his work and engaged with each puzzle thoughtfully... not just defaulting to habit or convenience. He clearly wanted to do the job "right", which was evident in the mistakes he found and corrected from work the geothermal installers had done. He was communicative, diligent, and provided a thorough download of his work at the end of the project. I have been working with Michael on a major restoration of our house in New Hampshire and he has been great! Michael is very detail oriented and leaves nothing to chance he is the consummate pro when it comes to this stuff, super accommodating and very knowledgeable.
